In order to credit your credit card for merchandise returned for any reason, the item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

• yes all over the world! Shipping method is United States Postal Service,  Global Priority, please allow 8-12 business days to receive it.

How long before I receive my order?

• We ship USPS Priority Mail, please allow 3-7 business days for shipping.

Do you take money orders or checks?

• Yes, we take order over the phone or via snail mail.   Please call 415-902-1876 or mail your order and payment (made out to aDorn Designs) to 25 Judah St. San Francisco, Ca 94122, please include style, color and quantity of your order.

Is there room for insulin pump supplies?

• Yes there is room for insulin pump supplies in all of the bags. The owner Jennifer Dorn is a pumper.

Is there room for 2 insulin pens?

• Yes

How is the aDorn bag through security at the airport?

• It works like a charm, never personally had any issues, check out the TSA site for more info. on traveling with diabetes.

Does the magnet affect credit cards and devices?

• No, the magnets are not strong enough to affect these items.

Is the fabric machine washable?

• Yes

Is the strap on the handbag and messenger bag adjustable?

• Yes, the strap for the handbag has three adjustment holes, and the messenger is completely adjustable the entire length of the strap.

How long is the strap for the handbag?

• The strap from the top of your shoulder to the top of the bag is, 10 inches approx.

What are the dimensions of the purse?

• 8 inches tall, 12 inches long, and 4.5 inches deep

What are the dimensions of the messenger bag?

• 12 inches tall, 15 inches wide , 5.5 inches deep

What are the dimensions of the clutch?

• 10 inches long, 6.5 inches deep, .5-1 inch thick

If the bag is empty what is the weight?

• Handbag – 1 lb, 8oz

What is the fabric on the outside and inside?

How big is the ice-pack?

• 6 inches x 4 inches, they fit perfectly inside the ice-pack compartment, and they are eco- friendly.

Are there interior pockets in the bags?

• Yes there are interior pocket in all of our bags.

Where does the detachable pouch attach on the bag?

• The clutch attaches to the back part of the bag, there is a separate zip compartment that fits the clutch and hides it away, safely and neatly.

How many days worth of supplies does it hold?

• It depends on how many supplies you use, but typically a few weeks at the least.

Is there a water bottle holder on the outside?

• No there is not a water bottle holder on the outside, but in the messenger there is room for  a water bottle.
